First Workshops will start from 11am on Saturday Morning, advise a 3 night stay if you do not want to miss any of the workshops.

Weekend Pass:
Allows access to all Workshops, Shows and Party Nights.

Day Pass:
Allows access to one days Workshop, Shows and Party Night.

Rooms:
Room prices are discounted until event day, Single £70 per night, Twin/Double £80 per night (£40 per person), this includes Bed and Breakfast. all room prices increase 1 week prior to event.

Evening Meals:
We have arranged for the hotel to provide evening meals which can be booked on arrival, this will cost £15 per person, per sitting.

Parking:
Car Parking is complimentary, if you are staying at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, please note if you purchase a weekend/day pass and are not staying at the Hotel, car parking is not free.

Party Night Tickets:
We have a limit on the amount of non residents we can allow to attend this event, Party Night tickets "limited amount of tickets available".

Cancellation Penalties:
Please note that cancellation penalties will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking, We recommend that you take up insurance to cover your own cancellation as without it, you may result in a loss of monies paid.
