Arrival Information
We are delighted to welcome you to our 5 Star London Salsa Congress 2008, There are no tickets. At check-in/registration, please quote the Lead Name on the booking.
A wrist/band will be applied to all at registration, please wear this at all times during the event. Lost wrist bands will be replaced at £135 per wrist/bands. Uncomfortable wrist/bands may be removed by staff only and will be replaced free of charge.
Arrival and Departure Times:
If you are Staying at The Radisson Hotel
Your accommodation will be available from midday on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your rooms by 11am on the day of your departure.
If you are Staying at The Sheraton Skyline Hotel
Your accommodation will be available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your rooms by 12am on the day of your departure.
Program
The times and details of the Workshops and entertainment will be outlined in the program which you will receive on arrival, alternatively you can see details on our website www.londoncongress.com <http://www.londoncongress.com> , a more details program we be available on arrival at the registration desk.
Congress Registration is at The Radisson Edwardian Hotel
The registration desk will be open for Weekend/Day Passes:
Friday 25th April:12 noon, Saturday 26th April and Sunday 27th April from 10am
Evening Meals:
If you are Staying at The Radisson Hotel
You can book a 2-course evening meal (Price £15) at the Hotel reception desk. Evening meals will be in the Brasserie between 5:30pm and 10:30pm. If you plan tp take up this offer we advise you try to book at your earliest convenience to enable provisions for large numbers.
If you are Staying at Sheraton Skyline Hotel
Have a buffet in the restaurant for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night where MamboCity guest will be offered a discount on evening meals. You would need to confirm at check in how many people and what nights you want to make a reservation for in order to qualify for the special rate of £15.00 per person. If you do not pre book you would need to pay £19.00 per person should you want to use the restaurant with no booking.
Alternatively you can eat out at the following places:
• The Pheasant, local pub/restaurant, 5 minutes walk.
• Hayes Tandoori, Nepalese Cuisine, 5 minutes drive.
• Sung, Chinese, 10 minutes drive.
• Osterley Cottage, Chinese, 10 minutes drive.
• Anticos, Italian, 20 minutes drive.
• Macdonalds, next door to the Hotel

Car Parking:

Car parking is free for those staying at the Hotel (hotel guests). If you are not a resident at the
Hotel, please check rates before using Hotel Car Park.
Sheraton Skyline Hotel

Friday, Saturday and Sunday — Open from 7am to 10pm
The Health Spa and Gymnasium offers Sauna, Steam Room, Plunge pool, Massages and Beauty treatments. All Massages/Treatments should be booked in advance. it is advised that you call and book your treatment, ahead of your arrival date. Sheraton Skyline Hotel Facilities: Gymnasium and Sky Garden
A fully equipped fitness center is available to guests 24 hours a day, Tone up with free weights and weight machines, or zip through your cardio on treadmills, bikes or the stepper.
The tropical Sky Garden is a great place to relax. With natural daylight streaming through the high glass canopy and extensive tropical landscaping, you’ll feel like you’re at a resort rather than next door to a busy city airport. please check with the Front Office staff on arrival.
Every Friday at 6pm, the Sky Garden and its pool close for the evening and turn into one of the most fashionable nights in London: Mumbai Nights at the Sky Bar. Hours 6pm - 2am; fee applies.

Closest underground to the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Hotel is Terminal 1,2 & 3 on the Piccadilly line. From Central London it should take approx 40 – 45 Minutes.
