Party Night Only: £12 on the day (£10 Members/NUS).

Please note: tickets will not be sent out for this event, you will need to use your Paypal receipt as a ticket, print it and present it to us on arrival.
Arrival and Departure Times
If you are staying at The Hotel, your accommodation will be available from midday on Saturday. Please vacate your rooms by 11am on the day of your departure.
Workshops
Workshops Start at 6pm and finish at 9pm a detailed timetable will be available on arrival.
Evening Meals
You can purchase evening meals in the restaurant,
2 course evening meal £15 per person
Party Night
Doors open at 9pm for Party night.

Closest underground to the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Hotel is Terminal 1,2 & 3 on the Piccadilly line. From Central London it should take approx 40 - 45 Minutes.

From Heathrow Airport to Hotel
From Terminal 1, 2 & 3, take any Red buses number 105, 111, 140, 285 operate a free service along bath road. From Terminal 4 - taxi 8 minutes
